ANSWER : HMZIVD has the same relationship. In ANIMAL : RMZOZN each letter is replaced by its mirror letter in the alphabet (A with Z, B with Y, and so on), giving ZMRNZO. The six letters are then taken in blocks of three and each block is reversed: ZMR becomes RMZ and NZO becomes OZN, so the code is RMZOZN. For ANSWER the mirror letters are ZMHDVI. Reversing the blocks ZMH and DVI gives HMZ and IVD, which is HMZIVD. In the other options the code is not produced by this combination of mirror letters and block reversal.
