Find the value of \(0.3^2 + 0.1^2 - 2 \times 0.3 \times 0.1\).
Answer: A
The three terms are the expansion of a squared difference.
\[ a^{2} + b^{2} - 2ab = (a-b)^{2} \]
\[ (0.3 - 0.1)^{2} = 0.2^{2} = 0.04 \]
