Increasing the bus loading
Adding a cyclic redundancy check
Providing a redundant second bus
Checking the sign status matrix at the receiver

The other three either detect corruption, survive a path loss or reject data already declared invalid. Raising the loading worsens latency and leaves no margin, which helps integrity not at all. Margin is not integrity.
