A is the brother of B, C is the father of D, E is the mother of B. A and D are brothers. How E relates to C?
Answer: D
E is C's Wife.
A is B's brother and A and D are brothers, so A, B and D are siblings. E is B's mother, so she is the mother of all three; C is D's father, so he is the father of all three. The mother and father of the same children are husband and wife.
Niece, sister and aunt would each place E outside the parent generation, which the facts rule out.
Drawing a quick family tree, with C and E above A, B and D, makes the relation obvious.
