Pointing to a man in photograph, a woman said, "His brother's father is the only son of my grandfather." How is the woman related to the man in the photograph ?

His brother’s father is simply the man’s own father. The only son of my grandfather is the woman’s own father. So the two share a father, which makes the woman the man’s sister.
