If Neena says, "Anita's father Raman is the only son of my father-in-law Mahipal", then how is Bindu, who is the sister of Anita, related to Mahipal ?

Raman is Mahipal’s son, and Anita is Raman’s daughter. Bindu is Anita’s sister, so she too is Raman’s daughter - and therefore Mahipal’s granddaughter.
