Pushpa is the woman's sister.
Pushpa's grandfather's only son must be Pushpa's father, since her father is a son of her grandfather and there is only one son. The woman is the daughter of Pushpa's father, so she and Pushpa are daughters of the same father, which makes Pushpa her sister.
Nothing puts the two women in different generations, so mother, daughter and niece are all ruled out.
