Who is the author of "Ashtadhyayi"?
Answer: C
Ashtadhyayi, the Sanskrit grammar in eight chapters, was composed by Panini, probably in the fourth century BC.
Its roughly 4,000 rules describe the language with a rigour that anticipates modern formal grammars, which is why Panini is studied in linguistics and computer science alike.
