In a month of 30 days, the last day is Saturday. What will be the date on the fourth Tuesday of that month ?

The fourth Tuesday falls on the 26th.
The 30th is a Saturday, so counting back, the 26th is a Tuesday (Saturday 30, Friday 29, Thursday 28, Wednesday 27, Tuesday 26). The Tuesdays of the month are then 26, 19, 12 and 5, that is the 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th.
Since the first Tuesday is the 5th, the fourth is the 26th. 20 and 21 are not Tuesdays in this month, and 25 is a Monday.
