Which quantity most strongly affects rollover resistance?
Answer: A
The static stability factor, half the track divided by the centre of gravity height, gives the lateral acceleration at which rollover becomes possible and correlates strongly with real rollover rates. Tall narrow vehicles are therefore at greatest risk. Anti-roll bars limit body roll but do not change the fundamental geometry that determines when the vehicle tips. The shared properties explain why these belong to one family, and the differences explain why more than one exists.
