The isotope atoms differ in ?
Answer: D
Isotopes differ in the number of neutrons.
They have the same atomic number, so they are the same element with the same chemistry, but different mass numbers. Their atomic masses therefore differ too - but the neutron count is the underlying cause, not the effect.
