When was the national Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Policy approved by the Government of India ?

The national ECCE Policy was approved in 2013.
The Government of India approved the National Early Childhood Care and Education Policy in September 2013. It covers children up to six years and lays down a framework for quality ECCE through anganwadis, pre-schools and creches, with a national curriculum framework and quality standards.
2012, 2014 and 2015 do not match the year of approval.
