(a) Anil told to me about it.
(b) The boy was made to do the whole work.
(c) It is nothing else but pride.
(d) It has been raining since morning.
Answer: A
The incorrect sentence is Anil told to me about it.
The verb tell takes the person as a direct object, with no preposition: Anil told me about it. It is say that takes 'to' before the person (Anil said to me ...).
The others are correct. 'Was made to do' is the right passive of 'make someone do', where the 'to' returns in the passive. 'Nothing else but pride' is an accepted idiom, and 'has been raining since morning' correctly uses the present perfect continuous with 'since'.
