Going clockwise the six sit as P, R, Q, S, U, T. This satisfies every condition: P is second to the left of U, Q sits between R and S, and T is second to the left of S.
Since all face the centre, moving to a person’s left means moving clockwise. From P the seats run R, then Q, then S, so the third to the left of P is S.
