Which of the following is NOT a front-end technology?

PL/SQL is not a front-end technology. It is Oracle's procedural extension of SQL, and its code runs inside the database on the server side. JavaScript, HTML and CSS all run in the browser, with HTML giving the structure, CSS the style and JavaScript the behaviour, so these three are front-end technologies. The back end is the part that runs on a server and deals with data, which is why a database language is classed with the back end.
