Consider the following statements about managing several deployment models.
1. Each additional model adds operational and skills overhead.
2. Consistency of tooling across models reduces that overhead.
3. Using more models always reduces total cost.
Answer: B
The first two are correct. The third is the opposite of the usual experience, since each model brings its own tools, skills and failure modes to be managed. Consistency of tooling helps a great deal. Skills are the scarcer of the two resources.
