Consider the following statements about platform as a service.
1. The provider manages the operating system and runtime.
2. The customer remains responsible for the application code and data.
3. The customer must patch the underlying operating system.
Answer: A
The first two are correct. The third is exactly what the model removes, and it is one of the main reasons for choosing it over raw infrastructure. Code and data stay with the customer. Runtime versions are chosen but not maintained.
