In a certain code, TRIPPLE is written as SQHOOKD. How is DISPOSE written in that code ?
Answer: D
Correct answer: CHRONRD
Each letter steps one place back, as TRIPPLE to SQHOOKD shows. DISPOSE therefore gives D→C, I→H, S→R, P→O, O→N, S→R, E→D, that is CHRONRD. The wrong options step forward instead, which turns the pattern the wrong way round throughout.
