Correct answer: Both A and R are true, and R is the correct explanation of A
Both are true and the reason gives the mechanism. A total of 1.2 says only that the batch is off; the components say whether it is too dark, too weak or the wrong hue, and each of those points to a different correction. A colourist can act on the components and can do very little with the total alone.
