What is the index of the last argument in command line arguments?
Answer: D
Correct answer: argc - 1
The vector is indexed from 0 and holds argc strings, so the valid indices run 0 to argc-1 and the last argument is at argc-1.
argv[argc] exists but is the guaranteed null pointer terminating the array, not an argument. Reading it as a string is the mistake the companion questions turn on, and beyond it - argv[argc+1] - nothing is defined at all.
