A good message is specific.
An effective extension message is clear, specific and accurate, in line with the objectives of the programme, simple enough for the audience to understand, timely, and practicable for them to act on. A specific message tells the audience exactly what to do.
The other options are the reverse of these qualities: a message that is not in line with the objectives, inaccurate or complex is a poor message.
