MOOC stands for Massive Open Online Course.
MOOCs are courses offered over the internet to very large numbers of learners, usually free or at low cost and open to anyone. In India, SWAYAM hosts MOOCs from universities and national coordinators, and platforms such as Coursera and edX offer them worldwide.
The other expansions change 'Massive' to 'Media', 'Myrind' or 'Management', none of which is the term.
