Factors responsible for the evolution of the study of Comparative Public Administration is/are
Answer: D
The study of Comparative Public Administration grew out of all three factors: dissatisfaction with the traditional approach, which was largely descriptive and confined to Western administrative systems; the rise of new techniques and concepts of research such as the behavioural and systems approaches; and the desire to develop comparative public administration as an independent subject with its own theory. As each of the three statements is correct, the answer is 'all the above', and none of the single options is complete.
