How did the poor man utilised that money ?
Answer: A
The poor man used the money to buy the bulbuls and other birds kept for sale.
After his release he went straight to the market, found the shop with caged wild birds and told the shopkeeper that he wished to buy all of them.
Nothing in the passage says that he donated the money, deposited it in a bank or gave it to his wife, so those three are ruled out. The answer is A.
