Which HTML5 feature allows offline browsing ?
Answer: B
The feature is the manifest file.
HTML5 introduced the application cache: a page names a cache manifest (<html manifest="app.appcache">) listing the files the browser should store. On later visits without a connection, the browser serves those files from the cache, so the page still works offline. (The application cache has since been deprecated in favour of service workers, but it is the HTML5 feature the question means.)
Local storage and session storage keep key-value data in the browser, which helps an offline application remember things but does not make its pages load offline; session storage is also lost when the tab closes. Cookies are small pieces of data sent to the server with each request.
