Answer: C
The one that is not an e-procurement portal is MP Online.
MP Online is the Madhya Pradesh government's citizen-services portal, run through a network of kiosks. People use it to fill in examination and admission forms, pay bills and apply for certificates; it is not a platform for government purchasing.
The others are procurement platforms. MP Tenders is the state's e-procurement portal for government tenders, GeM (Government e-Marketplace) is the national online marketplace for government purchases of goods and services, and MP LUN (Madhya Pradesh Laghu Udyog Nigam) is the state agency through which departments procure goods.
