A user can not save received emails in the "sent" folder.
The Sent folder holds copies of messages the user has sent. Received mail arrives in the Inbox and can be moved to user folders or archives, but the Sent folder is reserved for outgoing mail.
The other actions are routine email functions. Files can be attached to a message, unfinished messages can be saved as drafts, and a blind carbon copy (BCC) sends a copy to recipients whose addresses are hidden from the others.
