Correct answer: Excessive internal documentation is required
FORTRAN is the opposite: being terse and mathematical, it is criticised for being hard to read and for encouraging too little documentation, not too much. The other three statements are all true - it was designed for mathematical work, it is problem oriented, and it is the oldest surviving high level language.
