Which of the following acronyms is normally used to describe unsolicited junk e-mails?
Answer: D
Unsolicited junk e-mail is called SPAM.
Spam is bulk e-mail sent without the recipients' consent, usually advertising, scams or malware. The name is taken from a Monty Python sketch in which the word 'Spam', a brand of tinned meat, drowns out all other conversation, as junk messages flood an inbox.
DRAM is dynamic random access memory, a type of computer memory. CRAM and JAM are not terms for junk e-mail. So only SPAM fits.
