Trait which is not considered in cognitive development:
Answer: D
The one not considered in cognitive development is individual interactions with others.
Cognitive development concerns mental processes: thinking, reasoning, memory, problem-solving, learning, intellectual abilities and intelligence.
How a child interacts with other people belongs to social (and emotional) development. Intellectual abilities, learning and intelligence all fall within cognitive development, so they are the wrong answers.
