Section – 23 of Transfer of Property Act 1882 talks about which of the following provisions?
Answer: A
Section 23 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 deals with transfer contingent on the happening of a specified uncertain event: where the transfer depends on an uncertain event, the interest does not vest until the event happens, and if it becomes impossible the transfer fails.
The other options are headings of the neighbouring sections on conditions: Section 25 is the conditional transfer and Section 26 the fulfilment of a condition precedent, while the ulterior transfer conditional on a specified event is a later provision in the same group. None of them is Section 23.
