Assertion(A):- Objects of the Central Council has been described in section 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
Reason(R):- The State Consumer Protection Councils has been described in section 7 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
Answer: C
Both the Assertion and the Reason are correct, but the Reason is not the correct explanation, so the answer is both correct, R not the explanation of A. Section 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 deals with the objects of the Central Council, and Section 7 deals with the State Consumer Protection Councils.
The Reason gives the location of a different provision, the State Councils, so it does not explain why the objects of the Central Council are in Section 6. The options calling either statement false are wrong.
