Which is the official language of "Sri Lanka"?
Answer: D
It is Sinhala.
Sinhala and Tamil are both official, Tamil having regained that status in 1987 after the Sinhala Only Act of 1956 removed it - a measure that contributed directly to the civil conflict. English is the link language.
