The NCERT, brought out the National Curriculum Framework 2005, along with how many position papers on different aspects of school education ?

NCF 2005 came with 21 position papers.
In preparing the National Curriculum Framework 2005, NCERT set up 21 National Focus Groups on areas such as teaching of mathematics, science, Indian languages, examination reforms and education for peace. Each produced a position paper, published along with the framework.
18, 19 and 25 do not match the number of focus groups.
The position papers covered subjects such as the teaching of mathematics, science and social sciences, habitat and learning, and the problems of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe children.
