'Vijay Diwas' is celebrated on which day ?
Answer: D
Vijay Diwas is celebrated on 16th December.
On 16 December 1971 the Pakistani forces in East Pakistan, about 93,000 troops, surrendered to the joint command of India and the Mukti Bahini in Dhaka. That ended the 1971 war and led to the creation of Bangladesh, and India marks the day as Vijay Diwas.
The other dates fall during the last days of the war, before the surrender.
Bangladesh observes the same date as its Victory Day (Bijoy Dibos).
