Which country has launched a new locally made Submarine 'Fateh' capable of firing cruise missiles ?
Answer: B
The submarine 'Fateh' was launched by Iran.
In February 2019 Iran unveiled the Fateh, a locally built submarine able to fire cruise missiles, describing it as a product of its own defence industry.
Pakistan and Israel operate submarines but did not launch this one, so 'None of these' also fails.
