Foreign Court under Section - 2(5) of CPC means
Answer: B
The answer is a Court situated outside India and not established under the authority of Government of India.
Section 2(5) defines a foreign Court as a Court situate outside India and not established or continued by the authority of the Central Government. Both limbs must be met.
'A Court situated outside India' alone is too wide, because a court outside India set up by the Central Government's authority is not foreign. A court in India applying foreign law is still an Indian court. So 'All of the above' is wrong as well.
