Which organisation operates the UPI, IMPS and RuPay systems in India ?

Correct answer: National Payments Corporation of India
NPCI was set up in 2008 as an umbrella organisation for retail payments, promoted by a group of banks under the guidance of the RBI and the Indian Banks’ Association. The RBI regulates it but does not operate these systems itself.
