Important concept(s) introduced in IT Act, 2000
Answer: D
All three concepts were introduced, so the answer is All of the above.
The Information Technology Act, 2000 gave legal recognition to electronic records and to digital signatures (later widened to electronic signatures), so that contracts and filings could be made electronically. It also created a system of Certifying Authorities, licensed by the Controller of Certifying Authorities, to issue the digital signature certificates.
Since each of the three is a concept the Act introduced, choosing any one alone would be incomplete.
