SAARC Disaster Management Center is located at :
Answer: B
The SAARC Disaster Management Centre was located at New Delhi.
The centre was set up in October 2006 in New Delhi, hosted by India's National Institute of Disaster Management, to support disaster risk reduction and cooperation among the SAARC member states. Its functions were later moved to an interim unit in Gujarat, but New Delhi is the seat the question refers to.
Dhaka hosts the SAARC Meteorological Research Centre, and Kathmandu is the seat of the SAARC Secretariat, which is why they are tempting. Thimphu was not the location of the disaster centre.
