According to Chachnama, what was the Capital of the Indus Country in the 6th and 7th century ?
Answer: B
According to the Chachnama, the capital was Arod (Aror, or Alor).
The Chachnama, a thirteenth-century Persian history of Sindh and its conquest by Muhammad bin Qasim in 712, describes the kingdom of Sindh under the Rai dynasty and then Chach and his son Dahir, with its capital at Aror (Alor), near present-day Rohri.
Deval (Debal) was the port that Muhammad bin Qasim captured first, not the capital. Lodawa and Barmer are in present-day Rajasthan and were not capitals of Sindh.
