In the Financial Year 2023, which of the following countries has recorded the highest Global Food Price Inflation ?

Food prices rose sharply across Europe after Russia's invasion of Ukraine pushed up energy, fertiliser and grain costs. Germany was among the worst hit: its annual food price inflation went above 20% in early 2023, among the highest rates in western Europe.
France's food inflation peaked lower, at about 16% in early 2023. Food inflation in the USA peaked at about 11% in 2022, and India's consumer food inflation stayed in single digits through 2022-23. Of the four, Germany recorded the highest rate.
