The false statement is The satisfaction of President in declaring the Financial Emergency is beyond Judicial Review.
The 38th Amendment (1975) made the President's satisfaction under Article 360 final and beyond challenge, but the 44th Amendment (1978) deleted that clause. The proclamation can therefore be reviewed by the courts.
The other statements are correct. Article 360 is the power to proclaim a Financial Emergency. Once both Houses approve it within two months, it continues indefinitely without further approval until it is revoked. The President can revoke it at any time by a later proclamation, which needs no parliamentary approval.
