Answer: B
Habib Tanvir is known for using indigenous performance forms such as nacha in his plays and for his work with Chhattisgarhi tribal actors at the Naya Theatre, which he founded in 1959. Asif Currimbhoy wrote plays in English, Safdar Hashmi was associated with street theatre and the Jana Natya Manch, and Utpal Dutt was a Bengali director, so they do not fit. Tanvir produced Charandas Chor (1975), Agra Bazar (1954) and other plays in Chhattisgarhi with Naya Theatre actors, who were mostly tribal performers, and he used the nacha folk style. Hashmi was killed in 1989 while performing the street play Halla Bol.
