Which Section of SPT Act talks about exchange of Raiyati land ?

Exchange of raiyati land is dealt with in Section 23 of the SPT Act.
Under Section 23 of the Santhal Parganas Tenancy (Supplementary Provisions) Act, 1949, raiyats who wish to exchange their lands apply in writing to the Deputy Commissioner, who may permit it only if both parties are jamabandi raiyats of the lands, the lands lie in the same or contiguous villages, the exchange is bona fide for mutual convenience, and the lands are of the same value. An exchange made otherwise is not recognised.
Section 22 covers making over a holding temporarily on trust, which is the nearest wrong answer.
