Which of the following facts are required to be proved?
Answer: D
The answer is None of the above: none of these facts needs to be proved.
Section 56 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 says no fact of which the Court will take judicial notice need be proved, and Section 57 lists the facts of which Courts shall take judicial notice. The list includes all laws in force in the territory of India, all public festivals, fasts and holidays notified in the Official Gazette, and the rule of the road on land or at sea.
So each of the three facts offered is judicially noticed, and none is required to be proved.
