Amjad Ali Khan is the famous sarod player.
He is the sixth generation of the Bangash lineage of sarod players and received the Padma Vibhushan in 2001. Zakir Hussain plays the tabla, Hari Prasad Chaurasia the flute and Ram Narayan the sarangi.
