Who was the first Hindu-American to be elected to the US House of Representatives?
Answer: A
Tulsi Gabbard was the first Hindu-American elected to the US House of Representatives.
She won a Hawaii seat in 2012 and took her oath on the Bhagavad Gita. Ami Bera was elected to the House in the same year and is of Indian origin, but is not Hindu.
