Who has been appointed as the Chairman of the 7th Central Pay Commission constituted by the Government of India in February 2014?

Justice Ashok Kumar Mathur chaired the Seventh Central Pay Commission.
He was appointed in February 2014, and the commission reported in November 2015. A retired Supreme Court judge, he had also chaired the Armed Forces Tribunal.
