Answer: C
The Centre is located at Dharwad.
The North Karnataka Agromet Forecasting and Research Centre was set up at the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad, by the India Meteorological Department with the University and the Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitoring Centre, to serve farmers of North Karnataka. It was inaugurated in 2019 and has issued weekly agromet advisory bulletins since August 2020.
Bengaluru has the agrometeorology unit at GKVK, a separate research project and not the forecasting centre. Bagalkot and Mysuru do not host it.
